Membership Fees
You may cancel your membership at any time by unregistering yourself here. You do not have a contract or obligation to the FillerUpClub. You may cancel at any time for any reason. Previous monthly membership fees are not refundable. Each $10 monthly fee pays for the upcoming month. Your membership charge of $10 is refundable only within 24 hours of being processed. You may cancel for any reason. Please contact us by the 1st of the month so we can void your transaction before it is processed. If you are later than 24 hours in requesting your cancelation, you may incur fees a small charge to cover the credit card fees. If you decide to cancel further into the month (more than 24 hours) then your membership fee is not refundable. Your subscription will continue through the end of the month and then your account will be terminated.
Gasoline Rebate Certificates
Gasoline Rebate Certificates are refundable up to 60 days for the non-rebated portion of the Certificate. You do not have a contract or obligation to the FillerUpClub to follow through to the end of your Certificate session. You may cancel at any time. Previously rebated Certificates are not refundable.
Up to $30.00 may be deducted from your refund to cover costs the FillerUpclub may have incurred from processing and handling your Purchase (fees specifically meaning transaction fees for credit card or E-check account processing). Your refund may be paid out over a period of 3 months. For example, if you purchased a $200 certificate, but change your mind and want a full refund, then you will be sent $$50.00 per month for 4 months. The final month will be less than $50 due to the subtraction of fees which the FillerUpClub may have incurred.
